Pretty much. Here's an example: Person A: Flying debris causes eye injuries, so workers should wear safety goggles. Person B: That's stupid. Okay, I'm still confused about this question. I was not confused about the assumption type. I knew this was necessary but here's my train of thought for this q and why I picked D. So interpretations impose meaning, instead of discovering meaning and they don't NEED to consider the writer's intention...

Hello there. I'm having trouble with why the correct answer would be B instead of A. I thought it was people who drive infrequently and are involved in more accidents in small roads does weaken the argument? Please explain this one to me.
