Hello, I completely understood this: "IP --> ID the combined evidence (ID --> ~FT) the assumption ----------- IP --> ~FT the stated conclusion" What I didn't completely understand was the translation of the terms into sufficient and necessary conditions in the states conclusion be...

Re: Logic Challenge #3 - Line Dancers

Hello,

Question regarding number 5: In the chart it seems to me like Peter is a floater, and floaters can pretty much go anywhere most of the time. So why is it that Answers A. and E. are wrong? It seems ok to put Peter in 2nd or in 6th.

P.S. Answer choice D does make sense to me.

Thanks

Re: Logic Challenge #31 - The Presentation Game (Hard)

Hi! :D I don't find the solution to number 5 in the pdf satisfactory. It seems to me that O is a floater in Option 1, so putting M first would not make it the same as option 2. It would be O-N-L..etc. The same thing goes for B and D. The only ones we can eliminate for sure are C and E. Please Help a...

Re: Q4

I understand why Y can't meet at 5, but I'm wondering moreso about what is the best approach to this question once you figure out the SYW-T string.

Is trial end error through each answer choice the best strategy or is their a faster way?

Re: Diagram

Hi Dan, in the solution you have posted, I can't understand your fourth inference. Why is that the earliest Sue could graduate be in 1993? Why couldn't she graduate in 1992? If this is discussed in one of the earlier posts, I tried to see where Mike and Matt posted their solutions, but I can't find ...

Hello! In the passage for paragraph three, I had trouble comprehending/ coming up with an accurate summary for that section. I'm not seeing how we can be expected to connect the problems with natural formations to experiments that are valid but cannot be replicated. Its not explicit at all, and sinc...

Q2 - Randy: After Mega Cable Television

Hello. I found this weaken question difficult/time consuming when doing the practice test because of the format. The stimulus was between two people and I had problems finding the core for Randy's argument and Marions. I could only find conclusions for these arguments. How would one go about this th...

Hi Matt, I've read the previous back and forth about answer choice "C" but I'm still not understanding why it can be eliminated. For me,the language of the answer choice"c" is really really throwing me off! Mainly because when I'm trying to substitute the particular statements wi...

Re: Q24

I'm having an issue with this statement: "(B) is correct because all the other choices are not supported at all by the text." because applying Noah's strategy to tackle this to answer choice D is throwing me off. If I apply the question: "Could the author disagree with this answer, gi...
