Re: Q17 - An antidote for chichen pox

I still don't understand why D is wrong and E is the right answer. I don't see why E is related to widespread use part. The reason why I chose D is "taking larger-than-prescribed doses" part. Can "taking larger-than-prescribed doses" be "widespread use" which the stimul...

Q16

I'm quite confused about Q.16. I thought B and C could be right answers too, but I am still not sure why they're wrong. And I don't get why E is a better answer. (B) The first and second paragraphs talked about outcomes analysis (Zirkel and Schoenfeld were enthusiastic about and criticized tradition...

Re: Q26 - The government will purchase

I'm still confused between C and D. I chose D because I just felt it made more sense, but I still have no idea why D is a better answer than C. Does the conclusion also make sense if C is an answer just like D? And if this question is about a necessary assumption instead of a sufficient assumption, ...

Q7 - Lack of exercise produces

I chose E which is a right answer because C didn't mention about drug which was a sentence right before the blank, so it makes more sense to me.
But I thought C could be an answer too at first.

Can anyone enlighten me why C can't be and E has to be an answer?

Thanks!

Q2 - The average cable television company

I was stuck between B and C (I thought both could be answers) and finally chose C. But the answer is B. The more I looked into, the more I had no idea why C was wrong.
Can anyone explain me why B is correct and C is wrong?

Q24 - Robert: Speed limits on residential streets

I was stuck between B and E because I thought both could be right answers. So I finally chose E because of the word "net effect". But the answer is B.
The more I looked into, the more I had no idea why E was wrong.
Can anyone explain me why B is correct and E is wrong? :(

Re: Q14 - Reducing speed limits neither

I still have questions about (B) and (D) First of all, an answer choice like (B), "ignore the possibility of benefits from lowering speed limits other than environmental and safety benefits. I can see sometimes it's a right answer because a flaw is an author doesn't consider other factors excep...

Q16 - Policy analyst: Increasing the size of a police force

I had hard time to solve this question and couldn't find the exact flaw.

I was confused between B and C and ultimately chose C, but the answer is D.
I have no idea why D is right and others are wrong.

Can anyone explain me this question?
Thanks!

Q27

I chose B based on line 3~5 because I think it's the only part about "a book" mentioned in Q27, but the answer is E.
I read the passage twice again, but I still have no idea why B is wrong and E is the right answer.

Can anyone explain me? :(
Thanks!

Re: Q26

I'm really confused between A and D too and can't still understand why A is wrong. I chose A. The reason why I thought D was wrong is "widely accepted theory" part. The author said it has "gradually" won accepted (Line 20) rather than widely accepted. I think gradually accepted a...

Timing problem

I have a question about the strategy of answering questions. It usually takes me around three to four minutes to read the whole passage and I can understand most of it and memorize/summerize before solving questions. However, it usually takes me too much time to answer questions. For example, 3 mins...

Diagramming problem!

No written constitution is more than a paper with words on it until those words are both interpreted and applied. Since there're two conditional expressions ("No~is~" and "~until~") in one sentence, I'm confused how it makes as a diagram (eg. A->B sth like that). Which one is ...

Re: PT50, S2, Q16 Among multiparty democracies, those with the

I have two questions about this question.

1) Which sentence is the conclusion in the stimulus?
I'm confused between the first and last sentence.

2) I was down to B and C, and am having a difficult time understanding why B is incorrect.
Can someone please explain me?

Thanks in advance!

Q14 - Consumer advocate: Tropical oils are high in

I can't find out why B is wrong because I thought consumer advocate agrees with B whereas Nutritionist doesn't. So i thought B could be the answer.
But the correct answer is E.

Can you tell me what's the difference between B and E and why B is wrong and E is right?

Thanks!

Re: Q14 - A survey of alumni

Can you tell me why (B) isn't correct? I still don't get why (B) isn't right. I thought (B) could be possible because the result of the survey can turn out to be just like that (50% of the respondents said they were in the top quarter of the class) if few respondents were mistaken about their class ...
