I understand how we got (D) as the answer, but why is (E) wrong?

Because the first paragraph does discuss in line 8-9 how the assignment of ownership rights has been difficult to achieve, so that part threw me off a little.

I, too, originally chose (D) as my answer..the two parts of the answer choice that I can speculate make it incorrect are "widespread consumer support" and "lawyers generally criticize." After review, I don't think we could interpret widespread support for the CAW legal plan simpl...

I skipped this question on my timed trial and answered the other questions first, and then I was able to come back and answer it.

But, in an effort to use time most efficiently, what would be the best way to attack this question? Would it be to use a trial and error approach with each answer choice?
