I don't why this clause is not a counterexample (C)?
Can someone help to define the "counterexample"?
Thanks.

Check your answer key. The correct answer is actually (C)!

The argument is contained to only the portion of the stimulus after the words "in fact." The first clause is the conclusion, second clause is the premise, and the final clause is the subsidiary conclusion.

Hope that helps!
