Can you explain why A is right and C is wrong?

I don't see why Harvest can't be shown last on each day.

I'll represent scenarios like this:
H | H G | L G

That will mean "H on Thurs ... H, then G, on Fri ... L, then G, on Sat"

(A) is the correct answer because Harvest could never be the last film on Friday. Rule 2 says that Greed or Limelight will be the last film on Friday.
