Like you said, because this is mentioned nowhere in the stimulus, we can't conclude that it CANNOT possibly be true, which is what we're looking for. We know that someone's beliefs are determining their interpretation, but why can't someone else's interpretation also be a factor? We don't know.
(B) however can't be true. We know anyone from different cultures have "radically different" beliefs; we know beliefs determine "UNIQUE" interpretation; two people from different cultures then can't have the same interpretation. They may be very similar! But they will not be identical.
(C) is irrelevant; it could be true.
(D) definitely true. They have very different belief systems.
(E) Sure, why not?
