This question seems to play on the scarcity of the rrr uu distribution.
A)
This will not do the trick. It is true that H always a rural theme but it does not prevent FK from having the same theme. This is because if H takes a "R" and J takes the "U" we have 2 Rs left and 1 U left. However there are no other rules that prevent both F and K having the Rs. The key is that we need to force G with the "R". The reason being is that originally in the orginal rules we started with rrr,uu. The first spot takes a "r" and J takes a u; hence we had rr,u left. However, since K and F needed different r/u, one of them had to take the lone 'u' left; hence G took the 'r'.
B) This does do the trick because it forces both G and H to take a 'r'. This means there's 1 r and 1 u left (after J takes a 'u') too; hence it forces K and F to be different. It does not matter that 1 of the 'r' is in the first slot because either way 2 Rs are taken away in Choice B so there is only 1 R left to be shared between K and F
c) In one Frame this case is allowed. F is allowed to have "u" and then let k keep "r "
D) J is allowed to go first so this is too restrictive. That said it does always follow a 'r' when it is not first.
E) K G and H can all have rural themes under the original rules.
