Think about the FH/HF block. Wherever it goes, at least K and G must go before it. So, you’re right that K and G can’t go fourth; they must go in slots 1, 2, or 3. But this also means that the FH/HF block can only go in the 3/4 or the 4/5 slots. Notice that in either of these scenarios, the HF/FH block covers slot 4.
That means J can’t go fourth. Answer choice (B) is correct.
