This is Must Be True type question. We should be able to line-reference the right answer choice.

Let's go to the answer choice straightaway.

A) When the author talks about the advantages in the first paragraph, he/she sure does seem impressed about it. "few practical advantages over conventional forms of evidenece" is unsupported.

B) Too strong. The author never said critic want “banning” the CGD.

C) Line 55 supports this -- "Similarly, judges should forewarn jurors of the potentially biased..." This is Correct.

D) “primarily” is not what the author said. The author said it’s especially helpful in tech trials. (21-23)

E) This is probably what the court should take care of, considering it is introduced in the last paragraph where they discuss the steps needs to be taken. Nowhere to be found the support to say "litigators" must ensure the other party's use of CGD when they are using it.
