I did not see a post about this question, I incorrectly selected (B) without fully understanding the stimulus. Did not bother to read the stimulus properly, was being lazy and it backfired. (B) is wrong because not only is it not the Main Conclusion, but it actually goes against what the stimulus is saying. The stimulus is saying that even though we can successfully predict human behavior, we fail to understand human behavior. That is what (A) is saying.
However, AC (B) is incorrect and should immediately raise red flags when it starts off with "we cannot predict and instance of human behavior...."
This sentence directly contradicts one of the premises in the stimulus which states that: "human behavior can sometimes be successfully predicted"
