no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to find all 4 that go at three. I'm pretty sure that the 4 are G O P S since M and U definitely can't. but I'm struggling to figure out how S fits there.

The only films that CAN'T go at 3:00 are films that have an ordering rule where something needs to come after them.

U - G = U can't go at 3.

M - (O, P) = M can't go at 3.

Everyone else could. G O P S.

An S at 3 scenario could be this:
West: M O S
East: U P G
