The argument starts out by saying that the concept of freedom is "hopelessly vague", then it gives the reason and claims that "the notions of justice, fairness, and equality are equally indeterminate"
For these two reasons, it concludes that "political organization should be disavowed as futile"
So this argument makes a lot of assumptions, since it takes claims about "freedom" and "justice, fairness and equality"-- all of which cannot be said to be directly related to "political organizations"-- to say something about "political organizations".
Since the connection isn't obvious (or common sense) the arguments failure to make the connection makes the argument weak
D says basically this-- that there is no link between premise and conclusion shown in the argument
