I don't really understand the pattern of reasoning displayed in the stimulus...
Is the author basically saying that the number of hours that an individual works per day should outweigh the temporary/permanent status of workers, and that's why the migrant workers should be paid minimum wage?
It that's the case, how does one choose B, and why is E wrong??
