The answer is C.

This is a valid hypothetical question and I would apply the rules one by one.

I got rid of B due to the ~KL rule.
I got rid of D due to J not being able to be 9th

I was left with A, C, and E. I knew this was going to hinge on the being to see a duplicated board in my mind.

For example: This is showing us 6-10 and we know, from the rules, that 1-5 is going to be the exact same lineup as 6-10, and vice versa.

So I took each answer choice and copied it in my mind and moved it to the left of the answer choice. That would fix any potential gap of not seeing an OJ block due to a possible link up at the 5-6 spot.

There is no way that answer A will allow for a OJ block.

I get rid of A.

I know that M must be before O in the 1-5, so I also know that is will have to do so in the second lineup of the 6-10.

That will get rid of E.

Left with C.
