This is asking us "Which MUST BE FALSE?"
We can start off by looking at previous work to see if we already know that any of these answers could be true.
From Q18 we had
3, 6 | 2, 7 | 4 __ | 5 __ ...... who's left? 8, 1
From Q19 we had this
2 __ | 3 __ | 7 4 | 5 __ ..... 8 can go Thu / Sat. 1 and 6 are floaters.
From Q21 we had a bunch of scenarios
(A) __ __ | __ __ | __ __ | 1 __
(B) __ __ | __ __ | 2 __ | __ __
(C) __ __ | 6 __ | __ __ | __ __
(D) __ __ | __ __ | 7 __ | __ __
(E) 3 6 | 7 2 | 8 4 | 5 1
(A) yes, in Q18 we could have had 1 on Fri.
(B) yes, from Q19.
(C) haven't seen it, keep it for now.
(D) yes, from Q18.
(E) yes, from Q18
It looks like (C) is the answer. Do we know why 5 can't be on Thurs?
Sure, with the 3 - 7 - 5 rule, the earliest that 5 can go is Friday.
