These kind of up front inferences are discussed on the diagram thread, which I linked you to in response to Q23.
Everyone in this game has to review one or more of S, T, U.
The 1st rule says that M reviews more than K and L, so
if K or L review 2, then M would have to review 3.
if K or L review 1, then M could review 2 or 3.
The 2nd rule says that M and J don't review any of the same ones.
Because of this, we now know that M cannot ever review all 3.
any time you have an "enemy", you automatically can't do ALL the options
If M reviewed all 3 of S, T, U, then what would J review? Enemies have to save something for the other person.
Since we know that M must review exactly 2 plays, we know that J only gets to review 1 (whichever one of S/T/U that M doesn't review)
