no one's mentioned the fact (common knowledge) that if your muscle tissues aren't getting enough oxygen, you're probably going to be in some sort of compromised / vegetative state
even broader, you or your muscles won't survive without oxygen
so the ability to store oxygen in muscle tissue is pretty redundant as an answer choice (especially without mention of the seal's uniqueness relative to all other animals) because all living things, and their components, need oxygen to survive.
