If N and O are the only doctors at Souderton, it makes the rest of the doctors be at Randsborough.

(D) means that at Randsborough, there are J, K, L, and P.

However, according to the last rule (If P is at Randsborough, then both K and O are at Souderton), K must be at Souderton since P is at Randsborough.
