Hello all;
This question is giving me a heart attack. ! The above explanations do not make sense to me . Doesn't the presence of words like without, until, except indicate a the suffice being negated ? If so .. the how can we draw a conclusion from" humans cannot exhibit "to goal oriented behavior requiring intelligence. Please help out. As I am developing health issue due to this question .

This Q is not a traditional formal logic.

But it still follows logic.

My analogy:

If one can walk, one doesn't have to be more athletic than a rabbit, since someone can run, and is still not more athletic than a rabbit.
what do we assume?

a runner is more athletic than a walker.

which means, a runner needs to be a walker at least.
