Im a little confused about choice C
If Tv and Sv must be longer than Iv but the only slot they could fit in is 3 days, how can S voicemail target be shorter than Truvent's ?

Here's a scenario that fits C.

Since we no longer have the option of a 2 day website target, let's start with the website rule: Sw < Tw

That means that Sw is 1 and Tw is 3.

Iw: __ Iv: __
Sw: 1 Sv: __
Tw: 3 Tv: __

Since website can't be bigger than voicemail, having a Tw: 3 tells us that Tv must also be 3.

Iw: __ Iv: __
Sw: 1 Sv: __
Tw: 3 Tv: 3

Let's think about Iw. It can't be 2, so it's 1 or 3. The more dangerous/interesting option is that it would be 3, since when we make a website 3, we automatically make the voicemail 3.

Let's try that one.

Iw: 3 Iv: 3
Sw: 1 Sv: __
Tw: 3 Tv: 3

We know that Iv must be smaller than Sv and Tv, so Iv can't be 3.

Thus, Iw can't be 3. It must be 1.

Iw: 1 Iv: __
Sw: 1 Sv: __
Tw: 3 Tv: 3

So what's left? Iv and Sv.

Iv could be 1 or 2.
Sv could be 2 or 3. (They can't both be 2, though, since Iv < Sv)

(C) is possible because we could have Sv: 2 and Tv: 3
