L 56: " will gradually recognize...."
L58: "can clearly claim ownership..."
L61: "...should be honored."

---> author thinks it WILL and SHOULD be realized ---> E

Thanks for stepping in, wguwguwgu. Providing that specific support (i.e. line numbers) is a great exercise for RC. A lot of students try to wave their hands and tell what they think the passage means rather than what it actually says. That often leads to the wrong answer. Be specific. Especially when you are going back and re-doing questions you struggled with ("off the clock").
