From the setup, we know that we have
Gw / Fo
and
Hw / Io (this is on wall 4)

We know the second one because every wall will have an 'o' and a 'w', and the only 'w' we can put with Io is Hw.
- Gw is already being used
- Iw can't go with Io because of rule 2
- Fw can't go with Io because of rule 3

For Q15, if Go is with Fw, here are the pairs we have
Hw / Io (on wall 4)
Gw / Fo
(Go / Fw)
(Ho / Iw)

We only know which wall for Hw / Io.
And we only know higher/lower for Hw/Io and Gw/Fo.

(A) It could be upper or lower
(B) This would always break a rule (can't have two 'w' or two 'o' on any wall)
(C) Could be upper or lower
(D) YES! That's one of our pairings
(E) Could be upper or lower
