I guess that "compatible + variation ≠ incompatible".

Where do you see the term "variation?"

Here's how I see it... We're looking for something compatible with the biochemists' views. Let's turn to the paragraph where the biochemists' views are discussed. In the second paragraph the author says that the biochemists were more interested "in the more 'fundamental' issues of the chemical nature of protoplasm, especially the newly formulated enzyme theory of life."

This sounds a lot like answer choice (B).

As for answer choice (C), I never saw "behavioral patterns" discussed in the passage. So it's tough to make the case that the answer choice is most compatible with the views of the biochemists.

I really appreciate your informative post about the operating system. It was so necessary for everyone. But I faced a problem regarding the operating system. When I updated the operating system at that time Canon Printer Error 5200 pop-up notification shown on my system screen. The printer was connecting with my windows 10 system. How can solve the problem?
