I am really confused on the 4th rule of this game: Jerry drives on Wednesday or Saturday or both, and he may also drive on other days.

The way I interpret this is J is not restricted to any days? How am I misinterpreting or misreading this rule, because it messed me up for the rest of the game and I think is the key inference to make.

In response to my post above... The rule is saying that Jerry drives on Wednesday OR Saturday OR both, and Jerry can drive on other days. But this does not relinquish his responsibility to drive on either Wednesday or Saturday. In any game scenario, Jerry will show up on Wednesday OR Saturday (possibly both), and if required, Jerry can drive on another day.

But regardless, Jerry has to be on either Wednesday OR Saturday, and if Jerry is not driving on one of those days, J is driving on the other.

That was really confusing the first read over and would have been stumped on that if I had seen it on the LSAT. One thing I am noticing that helps me is writing out the rules. I am sure most of you master LSAT takers already do that, but a lot of the time I find myself trying to stock the rules in my head, and skip right to the answers. I think if I had drawn out the formal logic for this rule, I wouldn't have spent so much time on it.
