Q13

by ptraye Wed May 23, 2012 10:48 am

I know A is the correct answer for #13, but I am having trouble disproving B, C and D. What is the correct way to solve this type of problem?

This is really just a normal first question of a logic game asking you for one single valid hypothetical. So we want to apply our rules to the answer choices.

Here is my setup for this binary grouping (in/out) game:

Answer choices:

A) Does not violate any of the rules.
B) If I have G, I must have H and Z. This does not have Z.
C) This has M, but not one of L and S. I have to have at least one.
D) If I have L, I do not have P. This has P.
E) If I have M, I have 1 L/S in, 1 L/S out. This has both L and S in.
