Q13 - No projects that involve historical

is C wrong because the last sentence "are likely to be paid late"? otherwise i cannot see how C could be wrong.

We can diagram this argument:

Involves hist rest --> No permit

Some of S&S projects involve hist rest --> some not granted permits

It works!

(C) says:

New member --> No paperwork

Paid --> paperwork

Some new members --> won't get paid

This is also a good argument but the problem with it is that the structure is different. Notice that (C) gives you two absolute conditional statements whereas our argument just gives you one, then tells you that there are "some" items that fall into it.

Make sense?
