If H, I, M, and N all speak the same language, there are two ways of arranging all the elements.

Either they all speak French, or they all speak Turkish. If they all speak French, then M and N go to V, and K must be with X (speaking Turkish or Spanish) because that's the only remaining element.

Otherwise, the four speak Turkish, and thus M and N go to X, leaving K to go to V (speaking French).

(A) not possible. only French, turkish, and Spanish are options.
(B) not possible. L is the only one who can.
(C) not possible. at most two of them speak spanish -- L and K.
(D) not possible. either the four above speak Turkish, or only K speaks Turkish.
(E) yes. this is possible if the four mentioned above all speak Turkish, with M and N assigned to X.
