Thanks for bringing this to my attention. We're on the lookout for the reason why some of the diagrams drop away over time. I've reposted it above.

Here's the explanation in words...

If O is not interviewed, the scenario guarantees that O is not hired. By contrapositive of the last constraint, we know that either M is not hired or L is not interviewed. So why did they tell us that exactly 4 applicants are hired? Of the two possibilities stated above, L not interviewed would make it impossible for exactly 4 applicants to be hired. So we can infer that M is not hired _ establishing that answer choice (B) must be false.
