This question asks us what Bettelheim would DE-emphasize"”in other words, what he would not want to highlight about the story.
(A) matches the way he views the story, which is that the children are the ones who need fixing, not the adults.
(B)-(E) are about plot points, not about the meaning of the story, and so they don't matter as much.
