For this one, I think I understand your approach. I was still couldn't find a reason that (E) wasn't knocked out of the running. It seems that if both new and used rap is NOT on sale, then both new and used jazz WOULD HAVE TO BE on sale, which cannot be true because the prompt tells us that neither kind of jazz is on sale.

I suspect this is wrong somehow, but I can't figure out why. Any help?
