Sure!

If T has two meetings, then it's the sole repeating element. And it must have one meeting in the spring and one in the fall. So the conditional diagram starts like this:

F: T M/V __
S: T M/V __

(We know that M, V, or both have to be in each group, so that takes up another spot in each group.)

For (A), if H in the fall, so is M, and there's no more room if V is in there as well. So (A)'s out.
For (B), M doesn't trigger anything else and neither does O, so they're ok together in the fall and this works. Since this is a could be true question, that's it!
