Hello,
This is a basic question, but for number 13, what is the most efficient way to get to the right answer? Also, if it is plug and chug, what would your process & order be?

L/P - S - P/L

Since this tells us about who CAN'T go on Monday, I would start by thinking, "Who CAN?"

P and L are out, per the condition.
R, H, and S, are out per the rules.

So Monday has to be V, apparently.

Since this is "must be true" and we just figured out something that must be true, I would check the answers to see if "V on Monday" is good enough. Turns out it is.
