Considering overlapping points from these two (George Marsh and today's reformers), they both recognize harmful effect on environment from human technology. Support from George is straight forward: line 23-25. And environmental reformers express somewhat similar opinion from line 4-10.

A) G would have agreed with this statement supported by line 38-46, but we are not 100% sure of what the reformers would feel about this. Considering the pessimistic attitude from equilibrium model of ecology which they support, it's rather reasonable to suspect their disagreement with this.

B) G agrees with this (38-40) whereas today's reformers would disagree with this because they disapprove of human interference as a whole (67)

C) Just as we discussed above, G supports this (23-25) and today’s reformers do too (4-10) (Correct)

D) Considering G considered nature to be something human should subdue and transform for convenience, G would agree with this, but reformers would not, because they have the disapproving attitude, or "accusatory" attitude (9) towards destructive quality of human deed.

E) G agrees with this (36-37), but we have no idea what reformers would react to this since they didn't specify "greed" as the cause.
