I am curious about the possibility of reconfiguring an Indian pharmaceutical company to successfully operate with customers in the USA. We are all aware of the reputation of the Indian pharmaceutical market for its quality production and competitive pricing. However, due to various regulatory and technical aspects, the question of whether it is feasible to adapt this business for the American market raises many questions. We are focused on spanish speaking customers. We translated our standart product page (Pirfenidona its just an example, other pages shows the same behavior) to spanish, but it seems that we lost our popularity.
Does anyone have experience in transitioning a pharmaceutical company from India to American customers? What are the key aspects to consider, including legislation, product quality, marketing, and logistics? What advice or recommendations can you provide to those contemplating such an initiative?
