P3: Subduing and transforming the nature was widely accepted while corrective measures didn't seem overwhelming.

P5: As measure to restore environment, human interference is not endorsed, contrasting to the past.

Overall: It was socially accepted to transform the nature with timely corrective action in the past with development, but now, human interference is no longer supported in the effort to restore environment, presenting an extreme polarization.
