Out of scope vs irrelevant

I apologize if this topic has been discussed before.
I've seen some incorrect answers titled as OOS and some other Irrelevant.
I see the two as the same. Can someone clarify the two?

Nope, those are the same thing. We use them interchangeably, just to switch up the language so things don't get too boring. : )
