Missing LSAT's

Looking on the LSAT official site, I noticed that a number of LSAT were missing (IE you couldn't buy them). Is there a reason for this? Can I get them somewhere else?

1-7, 8, 17, 39-42

Starting next week, any MLSAT student will receive access to all 62 (soon 63) LSATs.

But, if you're not a student, check out www.cambridgelsat.com and you should be able to find any of those.
