missing an entire preptest worth of topics on the forum?

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the forum contents for:
PrepTest 18 - December 1992 LSAT Answers & Explanations - LG

it shoes content under forum index, but when i go to view it, it's completely blank with no ability to post a topic either.
