Misleading and inappropriate information

Just paid and signed up for the self-study interactive program for Interact™ Complete + Coaching for $899. Found out that to get documents I am required to have a Google account - three years ago I had my Google e-mail account stolen which lead to identity theft - which lead to thousands of dollars being charged to my credit cards. Plus, Emily and Catherine both told me that I do not have an account, although I have the receipt showing I do. They say that a Google account is not required to access documents - even though I sent them the link showing that I do. Because they DO NOT OFFER a refund I have resorted to write information of this situation here as well as social media.
