Manhattan Prep no longer doing LSAT courses or Free Prep?

Hi I had a question regarding MP and their LSAT study program. You guys are no longer offering LSAT Prep for students? I see that there are offerings by KAPLAN now, does this mean KAPLAN will be using your study methods and I should begin to look towards them for study material? Why did this happen?
