Logic Games Strategy Guide pg 175, #4

For diagramming #4 on pg175 of Logic Games Strategy Guide, I didn't understand why there are 60 before 30 and after 60 that comes immediately after 30.

Rule: Each 30 minute program is followed by a 60 minute program.

If a 30 minute program is 4th, then a 60 minute program must be 5th - as per the rule above, and a 60 minute program must also be 6th because you can't have a 30 minute program 6th since there isn't a 7th spot to place a 60 minute program.

A 60 minute program is 3rd because a 30 minute program is 4th, so because after every 30 minute program there's a 60 minute program, you can't have a 30 minute program 3rd which is why it is 60 minutes.
