From the first rule, we have J __ __ O or O __ __ J. When J precedes O, we can place the rotating HL piece either directly between J and O or after both J and O. When O precedes J, we must place the rotating HL piece after J. When the rotating HL piece is not in between J and O, the M/P__ P/M piece must straddle one of J and O. You can use these inferences to draw up a set of six templates.
