How do I not get distracted while studying?

I recently started a new training about wine and the process of winemaking (im a waiter, and I want to improve at my job). However, it's not difficult to start, but it is to stay focussed. Does anyone have any tips?

(And please don't have "ThE dAmN pHoNe" as a response, because I know it's a distraction and I put it somewhere where I can't see it)
