Hi, I categorized some of the language frequently appeared in flaw questions with the exception of "fails to acknowledge". Where would this belong??

Type 1) what comes after the following is negation of necessary assumption
Fails to consider the possibility / note ...

Type 2) what comes after the following is necessary assumption
Fails to show / demonstrate / establish ...

Good question.

"Fails to acknowledge" means we aren't talking about something that could screw up the argument. That falls under #1.
