Do you think we should practice the LRs prior to 1996?

Somehow I feel the mental process seems to be quite different for these tests from LRs in latter tests. Do you think we should still practice them?

I would. I believe the inference questions are certainly still testing the same skill set of recognizing syllogisms (Major premise - minor premise = giving rise to an inference).

There are definitely questions you will see on the old test that are odd, but I would still practice with these tests. I would do these earlier in my study and stick with the more recent stuff closer to test day.
