Diversity/Social Science Passages

by tarekbazzi343 Fri Aug 26, 2016 4:40 pm

Are there any sites or books in particular that collect diversity/social science passage material? I have been having trouble with passages dealing with authors describing/critiquing literary works and musical works of others, (e.g. Henry Louis Gates review of Jazz in Tony Morrison: Critical Perspectives Past and Present). I'd like to practice more by reading these before I take the LSAT this September. Thank you very much.

If you have access to JSTOR or Google Scholar at your university library those would be excellent sources of academic journal articles filled with subjects ranging across the social and natural sciences as well as the humanities and arts.

Pick a topic like "Art" or "Jazz Music" and you'll get a ton of articles that are academic in nature and mimic the writing style of the LSAT since those academic articles are the source material for a large percentage of LSAT passages.

Good luck!
