Diagraming "Unless" Rules

Going through the LSAT 5lb. Drill Book (pg 766), there is a rule stated as "Oscar cannot be selected unless Rascal is selected." I have seen rules like this before, but I still can't remember which is the necessary and which is the sufficient condition.
