This is what I got, but starting with Q8, everything was wrong.

You just misread the 4th rule.
C2 and C3 can NOT be the same. You were forcing them to be the same.
Why don't you try fixing that glitch and see how the game goes for you?
Let us know if you still have issues with it.
(p.s. If a game blows up on you like that, go back through the rules with a fresh mind and recreate the diagram to see what you may have missed/distorted)
