Here is the Logic Chain notation of the constraints along with 4 frames that can be established based first on dividing the those selected into 2-3, and 3-2. Then using the constraint that either J and M are both selected or neither are selected, we can create two cases within each numerical distribution. This leaves us with a total of four frames, and can take a few minutes to find the associated inferences, but at that point, the questions can be accomplished in relatively short order.

Of course, there's no need to set up frames on this one, if you'd prefer to just work the hypotheticals through from the beginning for each new question.
